With over 17 years of experience as a professional dancer, I’ve performed on global stages, trained with industry legends like Anthony Van Laast, Irineu Nogueira and Arlene Phillips. And worked across styles from Latin to hip hop and contemporary. My teaching brings together expertise, cultural depth, and a commitment to making dance accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

I’ve been immersed in dance since the age of five, starting with disco dancing, ballroom, rock and roll, and Latin before earning a scholarship to train at the Urdang. My career includes Hen 1 in the feature movie Mamma Mia!  Collaborations with artists like Leona Lewis and Paloma Faith, and years of teaching and building dance schools for diverse communities.
